WordPress Training
I use WordPress to build all the websites I design, and with my expertise and knowledge I can help you to update your own site or to build a completely new one, and how to make it look fabulous whilst your at it!
Dates will be added regularly for training courses, if the dates or venues don’t suit you then please contact me as I also run private 1-to-1 training sessions either in my studio or at your premises, payable by the hour at a cost of £40 per hour. My background is in training and design, other training can be available in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign.
What will I learn?
You will learn how to:
- install WordPress
- publish posts and pages
- creating menus
- adding images
Images can really slow your website down if they up uploaded straight from your digital camera or phone. You will learn how to optimise them for the web prior to upload - themes and plugins
- search engine optimisation
- simple maintenance
After the course you will be sent all course material and you can use the training site for a few weeks.
